Two Arab terrorist murders have taken place in 24 hours within a
six-mile radius on both sides of Israel’s pre-1967 borders. The terrorists
responsible for both attacks remain at large.

A Bedouin citizen from Rahat was murdered by Arab terrorists this afternoon
(Wednesday) while guarding the separation fence being constructed near the
community of Shekef. The guard, who was watching over bulldozers used to flatten
the route of the separation fence, was shot at close range. The IDF has
launched a search for the terrorists, who escaped with the guard’s pistol.

The murder site is located west of Hevron, just six miles south of a
terrorist murder that took place less than 24 hours before. Ariella Fahima, a mother
of four from Moshav Nehusha, just south of Beit Shemesh, was found murdered
near her home yesterday afternoon. Preliminary findings point to a terror attack.

Fahima, 39, was found by her 12-year-old daughter with stab wounds to her
throat and body. The daughter, who had just come home from school, alerted the
neighbors, who then contacted the police. A search of the region was immediately
launched.

Several indications, including the fact that nothing was stolen, lead
investigators to lean toward attributing the murder to terrorists \u2013 probably two or
three. The police are still gathering testimony from residents, who had
recently complained that the electronic fence surrounding their community was not
effective.

In other terrorism-war news, it has been released for publication that a
Jordanian terrorist recruited by both Fatah and Hizbullah planned to coordinate
massive terror attacks, including the bombing of Israeli trains. The terrorist,
named Abu Juyad, was apprehended on August 25 by the General Security Service
(GSS).

Abu Juyad represents the new face of global Islamic terrorism. He received
bomb-making training in Syria, and took part in anti-US operations in Iraq in
which he was lightly wounded. He managed to slip into Israel in June 2004 under
the pretense of visiting family in PA-controlled Tul Karem.

Among other plots, Abu Juyad planned to set up Arab terror cells amongst
Israeli Arabs, in addition to those living in PA areas in order to bomb
large-scale targets such as railway lines and to kidnap soldiers. He also sought to
coordinate attacks on Israeli targets in Jordan
