(IsraelNN.com) Defense Minister Ehud Barak has ordered the IDF to take steps to demolish the homes of two Jerusalem terrorists, following a ruling by Attorney General Menachem Mazuz on Thursday that determined it is legally permissible to do so.
IDF Army Radio reported Friday that Barak ordered the IDF to issue injunctions to raze the homes of two eastern Jerusalem residents who carried out attacks at two different times, the most recent this week.
One of the homes is that of Hussam Duwiyat, who drove a bulldozer into a bus and numerous cars in central Jerusalem on Wednesday, killing three civilians and wounding dozens of others. The other is that of Ala Abu Dhaim, who massacred eight young students at the Merkaz HaRav Kook Yeshiva in Jerusalem this past March.
